Product & Quality
7 questions
Yes, we do. Attached are our best-selling models for the Southeast Asian market, along with their videos. May I ask if you have a physical store, or do you plan to sell through online channels?
Yes, we have CE certification. If you require other certifications, we can also manufacture products that comply with the required standards upon request.
Yes! Our product catalog includes the best-selling models for Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore, along with product videos. Do you have a physical store, or are you planning to sell through online channels? Knowing this helps us recommend the most suitable models for you.
Yes. We support mixed container loading for distributors testing multiple models and price ranges.
In practice, most buyers focus on product functionality and upholstery quality rather than the motor or electronics. Upholstery materials range from standard PU leather, half-PU leather, to microfiber (super fiber), priced from approximately ¥11/m to ¥70/m. The majority of chairs in the $500 price range on the market today use half-PU or standard PU leather.
Yes, we support sample orders. Sample pricing varies by model. If your bulk order for the same model reaches one full 40HQ container or more, the sample fee will be refunded.
Every chair is tested before leaving the factory, so component failure rates are very low. For LCL (loose cargo) orders, no spare parts kit is included. For full-container orders, we provide electronic spare parts based on the model (e.g., Bluetooth boards, controllers). If a product issue arises, simply send us a video describing the problem. Our team will analyze the footage and provide long-term online technical support.
MOQ & Customization

The MOQ is 5 units. For full-container orders, you can mix different models within the same container.

Yes, LOGO customization is available in three techniques: embroidery, heat transfer, and silk screen printing. Heat transfer requires a minimum of 60 units; silk screen and embroidery require a minimum of 30 units.

Loading capacity varies by model — typically 54 to 72 units per 40HQ container. Please let us know which models you’re interested in and we’ll confirm the exact loading count for your selection.
Yes. For standard market colors (black, brown, khaki, off-white, grey), a minimum of 30 units per color is required — no mold costs. For non-standard colors requiring special sourcing, the minimum is 100 units per color. No new molds are needed in either case.
Logistics & Lead Time
4 questions
We support multiple trade terms: EXW, FCA, FOB, CNF, and CIF. If you have your own freight forwarder, FOB is typically preferred. If you don’t, we recommend CIF so we can handle the freight arrangement for you.
Standard lead time is 15-20 working days. During peak season, production schedules can be affected, so we recommend placing orders in advance to secure your production slot.
We have extensive export experience to Southeast Asia, South America, Europe, Africa, Canada, and more. Export customs clearance from China is no problem. We can also recommend trusted freight forwarders or quote CIF directly.
For LCL (loose cargo) shipments, we recommend upgrading to wooden crate packaging to prevent damage in transit. For full-container (FCL) orders, we have not encountered significant issues to date.
Payment & Risk
5 questions
Yes, we can provide all of these — contracts, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, and packing lists, all in English.
Every unit is tested in our testing room before packaging. If quality issues arise due to external or force majeure factors, both parties will negotiate a resolution together. If the issue is confirmed to be a batch production defect on our end, we will provide a corresponding compensation plan based on the actual situation.
1.
If you have an Alibaba account, we can create a Trade Assurance order to protect both your payment and delivery schedule.
2.
If paying by bank transfer, pay 30% as a deposit first. Once production is complete, ask us to provide product photos, videos, and inspection images before releasing the remaining 70%.
You can request: business license, certifications, payment receipts from other clients, and chat records showing cooperation with existing customers — all as supporting evidence to verify the supplier’s credibility.
Standard payment terms: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance before shipment. Alibaba Trade Assurance is also supported to protect your payment and delivery timeline.
Market Strategy

All products in our catalog are models that sell well across Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore. They are suitable for a wide range of settings — retail stores, wellness centers, home use, and office environments.
Yes. We provide product training based on your specific needs and questions. We can also supply HD product images and videos — and if you share a template you like, we can design and create customized materials for you free of charge.
Vietnam has the largest and most mature demand, but it’s also the most competitive — breaking in requires exclusive new models and very competitive pricing. For newcomers, a mature market isn’t necessarily the best entry point. We recommend starting with other markets that have growing demand but lower competition.
Step 1: Start with one model that matches your local market’s spending level. Limit colors to no more than 3 per model to avoid overwhelming your customers with too many choices.
Step 2: Combine online marketing (social media + your own website) with offline showroom experience — this hybrid approach has the strongest track record.
Step 3: Build strong customer relationships. Add more products based on customer feedback, gradually expanding your range to serve different needs.
Every successful business comes back to the same triangle: People (team & customers), Product, and Platform (sales channels).
Global consumer spending is becoming more conservative, yet health awareness continues to rise — creating strong demand growth with intensifying competition. Chinese massage chair technology has now reached Japanese standards. Two market segments will likely dominate: high-income consumers who want premium design with standout features, and middle-income consumers who prioritize practicality and value. For the latter, chairs with multiple massage techniques, zero gravity, AI voice control, and modern minimalist design in the $300-$400 retail range will see the highest demand.
The most successful model we see among our partners is: live streaming + social media marketing combined with a physical showroom for in-person experience. Online drives awareness and sales; offline builds trust and allows customers to feel the product before committing.
Supplier Selection
5 questions
True factory sellers typically focus on a single product category. Since massage chair R&D is costly and time-consuming, factories usually have a limited, specialized product range. Also, factories tend to stay within one market tier — high-end factories make high-end chairs, mid-range factories make mid-range chairs. Very few can genuinely manufacture across all three tiers. If a seller’s catalog covers many unrelated product categories, that’s a strong signal they’re a trading company, not a factory.
Start with four baseline checks: company authenticity, industry expertise, ability to meet your product requirements, and responsiveness. If all four are satisfactory, begin with a sample or small trial order. Through that cooperation, you can further assess their production management, on-time delivery, and logistics/documentation capabilities. Build trust incrementally and increase order volume over time. A reliable supplier is like a fire-safety system for your business — it lets you focus on marketing and sales without worrying about the backend.
It’s more about conversation than keywords. Watch for these red flags: they refuse factory visits; they give vague or evasive answers about production processes, equipment, or monthly capacity; and their price list covers many different product categories. These are strong indicators you’re dealing with a trading company rather than a factory.
If you’re already experienced in the category, you’ll know instinctively. If it’s a new product category for you, the best approach is to contact multiple suppliers and compare equivalent products — same functions, similar design — side by side. This cross-referencing will give you a solid baseline for what’s fair market pricing.
Sincerity is always the most powerful approach. Share your company background and purchasing goals honestly with your supplier. Like-minded people attract each other — you’ll naturally find suppliers who appreciate your transparency and are willing to work with you. No tactic beats genuine, open communication.
Sourcing Strategy
5 questions
First, research your local market: check which models and price ranges are top-sellers on local online platforms, and visit malls and stores that carry massage chairs to see what’s displayed and what moves. Collect product links and photos of bestsellers and send them to us — we’ll analyze them and recommend a selection strategy tailored to your market.
Choose from our in-stock models — these are available from as little as 1 unit. Select 3 models at different price points for market testing. This lets you validate demand with minimal upfront commitment.
From a product standpoint, three factors drive price: internal mechanism structure, exterior mold/design, and performance features. From a trade standpoint, the pricing basis also matters significantly — EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP quotes can differ by a large margin for the same product.
Simply ask us to provide the original high-resolution images. We can also design custom-branded versions for you — just share a template you like and we’ll create them free of charge.
1.
Know your market — which models and price points are most accepted by local consumers.
2.
Know your sales channel — how you plan to sell (online, offline, or both).
3.
Understand the import process — which trade term reduces your total landed cost.
4.
Know your target customers — who you’re selling to defines everything else.
5.
Choose the right supplier — one who is professional, responsive, and trustworthy.

The main components are: steel frame, massage mechanism (core), upholstery cover, mold shell, and electronic parts. With extended use, the controller may occasionally need replacement. All other components rarely cause issues.
Repairs are straightforward. Just report the issue to us and follow our online video guidance to fix it. Most massage chairs are one-piece designs requiring no assembly. For models that do require assembly, we provide video tutorials.
Wooden armrests could potentially develop mold in humid environments. However, the vast majority of current models use injection-molded plastic armrests, so this is no longer a concern for our product line.
Of course. We walk every new client through product terminology and structure. When you understand the product deeply, you can research your local market more effectively, compare competitor models accurately, and make better sourcing and pricing decisions. Product education is part of our onboarding support.

Growth & Partnership
7 questions
Yes. Requirements vary by country. For example, in Vietnam, an annual purchase commitment of 2,500+ units per model qualifies for exclusive national distributorship. In some other markets, 1-2 full containers per month is sufficient. We’ll discuss the specific threshold for your target market in detail.
Yes, referral partnerships are one of the ways we work with our clients. We’re happy to discuss the specific arrangement with you.
It varies greatly by individual. Some clients recover their investment within 3 months; others take 6 months or a year or longer. The timeline depends on your sales model, channels, marketing approach, and local market awareness of the product. There is no universal answer — it depends entirely on your execution.
One of our Vietnam clients — originally a water purifier distributor with over 100 local dealers — saw growing demand for massage chairs and entered the market with our $200-$500 range. They customized color combinations based on their deep local market knowledge and integrated the chairs into their existing health product ecosystem. Since both water purifiers and massage chairs are health products, their existing dealers naturally became massage chair dealers too. Within one year, they sold nearly 2,000 units — and created an additional revenue stream for their entire dealer network.
Phase 1 — Research & Select: Study local online platforms for top-selling models and colors. Visit physical stores. Send us the findings and we’ll help you build a product strategy. Start with 5 units — enough to lower your per-unit shipping cost vs. buying 1-2 pieces.
Phase 2 — Launch Online: You don’t need a store to start. Build a website optimized for Google search, register on local B2C platforms, and choose one social media channel your target audience uses most (Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Multi-channel marketing will help you sell those first 5 units.
Phase 3 — Build Loyalty & Network: Deliver excellent customer service. Ask happy customers to refer friends and family. Offer rewards for referrals. Invite satisfied customers to become your sub-dealers — set a dealer price and retail price, and offer dropship. Your customers become your business partners.
Most importantly: believe in yourself. The hardest first step is already taken. Stay consistent, stay customer-focused, and the results will follow.
Type 1 — Door-to-door or dropship buyers: Due to high per-unit procurement and shipping costs, their margins are too thin for a sustainable business. Most don’t proceed beyond the first order.
Type 2 — New entrants who ignore advice: They select too many models and colors, order in small quantities (which raises unit costs), and fail to build a “hero product.” Giving customers too many choices leads to decision paralysis, sales underperform expectations, and they lose confidence in the category.
Month 1: Learn the products, understand your local market, research competitors, set your pricing and customer profile, and build your online sales presence.
Month 2: Learn social media and Google advertising. Launch multi-channel online marketing and begin online dealer recruitment.
Month 3: Start visiting offline stores and expanding your sub-distributor network.
Ongoing: Deliver excellent customer service. Train your distributors on product knowledge and common customer questions. Continuously provide them with marketing materials and support.
