Terms of Service

Defining the manufacturing and distribution relationship between TAIRAYSTAR and our global B2B partners.

01 General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the sale of massage chairs and related equipment by TAIRAYSTAR ("Manufacturer") to the Buyer ("Distributor," "Wholesaler," or "Importer"). By placing an order via purchase order (PO) or proforma invoice (PI), the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.

TAIRAYSTAR operates strictly as a B2B Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM). We do not engage in direct-to-consumer (B2C) retail sales.

02 Orders & Minimum Quantities (MOQ)

  • Custom Orders (OEM): Minimum Order Quantity is 5 units per model. This allows for basic customization including logo implementation and packaging adjustments.
  • Stock Orders: Minimum Order Quantity is 1 unit for sample evaluation or low-volume restocking, strictly subject to current warehouse inventory availability.
  • Container Loading: We support mixed container loading. A standard 40HQ container accommodates 54-72 units depending on the specific model mix.

03 Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in USD. Prices are generally quoted on an FOB (Free on Board) basis for full container loads, or EXW (Ex Works) for LCL (Less than Container Load) orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Standard Payment Structure:

  • Deposit: 30% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) upon confirmation of the Proforma Invoice to initiate production.
  • Balance: 70% T/T before shipment release or against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L), subject to credit assessment.
  • Sample Orders: 100% payment required in advance. Sample fees for up to 2 units may be credited back against a future 40HQ container order.

04 Production & Lead Time

Standard production lead time is 20 to 25 working days from the date of deposit receipt and confirmation of all customization details (artwork, logo files, etc.).

*Note: Lead times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., pre-Chinese New Year) or for orders requiring specialized non-standard components.

05 Warranty Policy

TAIRAYSTAR provides a 15-Month Limited Warranty starting from the Bill of Lading (B/L) date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the motor, mainboard, and structural frame.

Free Spare Parts

For orders of 40HQ volume, we provide a percentage of critical free spare parts (leather, PCBs, motors) to support local after-sales service.

Technical Support

We provide lifetime remote technical support, including video tutorials for component replacement and troubleshooting guides.

06 Customization (OEM)

We offer customization services to align with your brand identity. The Buyer is responsible for providing high-resolution vector files for logos and artwork.

  • Logo Execution: Options include embroidery, silk screen printing, or heat press depending on the material.
  • Packaging: Custom carton marks and manual printing are available for orders meeting the MOQ.
  • Intellectual Property: The Buyer warrants that they hold the rights to any trademarks provided for OEM production. TAIRAYSTAR assumes no liability for IP disputes arising from Buyer-requested designs.

07 Shipping & Logistics

Shipping terms are governed by Incoterms 2020. While TAIRAYSTAR can assist in arranging freight via our partnered forwarders, the risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB or EXW).

Inspection: The Buyer is advised to inspect goods immediately upon arrival. Claims for visible shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of container discharge with photographic evidence.
